        <p>求职焦虑深刻作用于高校毕业生简历投递的整体行为表现，核心影响落脚于投递决策的非理性、投递范围的偏
差及投递持续性的波动，进而牵动毕业生求职进程与机会获取。求职焦虑催生的负面情绪影响毕业生对自身能力与岗位匹配
度的判断，致使投递阶段滋生盲目跟风或过度谨慎的行为，削弱投递过程的耐心与主动性，抬升投递中断的概率，厘清求职
焦虑对简历投递行为的具体作用路径与表现，可为引导毕业生调整投递策略、缓解求职焦虑供给针对性方向，助推毕业生更
高效开展求职活动。</p>
