        <p>职业院校护理专业班级学风建设的目标是营造浓郁的学习氛围，提升学生的学习质量，培养高素质护理人才。本文探索PDCA循环 理论及职业院校护理专业班级学风的现状，并分析班级学风建设的意义，分析PDCA循环理论下的职业院校护理专业班级学风建设内容及 实施路径，自四个阶段实施及循环，制定可行性高的学风建设模式，达到预期建设目标。</p>
