        <p>本文基于内控视角，深入研究高校校院两级协同监督的实现机制。通过分析高校内控现状及协同监督的重要性，探讨当前面 临的问题，提出构建协同监督机制的原则与策略，实现策略包括健全制度体系明确职责分工与流程及信息共享、加强队伍建设、强化 信息技术应用、完善考核激励机制，旨在提升高校内部监督效能，保障高校健康稳定发展。</p>
