        <p>“密集型教养”在助推子女发展同时极易引发家长过度焦虑的心理，家长的压抑将给儿童社会情绪发展带来负面影响。要调节和预防过度焦虑的出现，家长需建立“有限责任”养育范式，允许孩子有合理的试错空间；夫妻双方应平衡育儿职责，保持互爱互敬为孩子营造有爱氛围；社会层面需围绕教育生态去内卷化进行体系化改革，等等。只有父母坚信“指引性教养”比“控制性育儿”更科学和高效，才能陪着孩子一起健康成长。</p>
