        <p>采煤机行走箱是综采设备中传递动力与支撑载荷的核心组件，其可靠性直接影响采煤效率与安全性。然而，井下高负荷、强冲击及磨蚀性 环境易导致行走箱出现局部损伤与功能失效。传统修复方法存在工艺粗糙、质量不稳定等问题，亟需规范化的焊接修复流程。本文结合材料学与焊 接技术，系统探讨行走箱的损伤机理与修复策略，旨在提升修复效率与服役寿命。</p>
