        <p>钢渣是炼钢主要副产品，我国其综合利用率仅30%左右，大量堆存占用土地且污染环境。针对钢渣细粉料黏聚、RO相解离不足等瓶颈，本文提出空气流态化磁网筛分磁选结合微波辅助解离技术，通过单颗粒分散分选与设备工艺优化，实现活性与惰性矿物高效分离。研究表明，该技术精矿尾矿TFe含量差值超10%，尾矿TFe≤11%，高活性钢渣粉达S75级，设备台时处理量≥10吨、吨电耗≤30kW・h，为钢渣资源化提供经济可行路径，助力钢铁行业循环经济。</p>
