        <p>Nowadays, the economic management of enterprises follows the basic principle of people-oriented, and pays attention to enhancing the trust
and recognition of talents in enterprises, so that they can actively participate in various economic and business activities while practicing and developing
to obtain a sense of belonging, and work together for the reform, innovation and development of enterprises. Especially after entering the era of big data,
in the face of an increasingly competitive market environment, enterprise economic management proposes to use new management concepts to make up
for the shortcomings of traditional management models, among which flexible management has a positive impact on enterprise organization, talent
training, production and operation and other aspects. Therefore, after understanding the basic concepts and application characteristics of flexible
management, this paper discusses how to effectively apply flexible management methods in enterprise economic management to promote the
high-quality development of enterprises</p>
