        <p>Promoting the high-quality development of new quality productivity is an important initiative to actively
respond to the national strategy and promote the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy. This study
focuses on the high-quality development of new quality productivity in Huizhou, and explores the importance of
scientific and technological innovation to promote industrial innovation and the development of new quality productivity
from the perspective of Industry-university-research resource sharing. This study focuses on analyzing the challenges and
opportunities faced by Huizhou in promoting the development of new quality productivity, assessing the effectiveness of
Industry-university-research resource sharing, and providing development strategies. Adopting the methodology of
literature review and data analysis, this study finds that Huizhou has promoted the development of new quality
productivity by integrating scientific and technological innovation resources, and has achieved significant results especially
in the fields of high-tech manufacturing and advanced manufacturing. The conclusion points out that the sharing of
Industry-university-research resources has a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of new quality
productivity, but it also faces problems such as unbalanced resource allocation, which requires further policy support and
mechanism optimization</p>
