故目标达成有赖于此。全过程风险源清单、智能监测预警、责任闭环管理、应急资源前置四项机制支撑该体系，设计、施工、监测、监理
各方被纳入统一平台，风险实时可见，隐患即刻处理，事故迅速响应，深基坑施工本质安全水平随之明显提升。
