        <p>针对老旧给水管网改造难题，以某 DN800 灰口铸铁给水干管修复为例，采用内衬不锈钢复合管穿插法。施工涵盖旧管预处理、不
锈钢板卷制焊接、分段穿插牵引、环隙注浆及端口密封等工序。可靠性评估表明，复合管力学性能、结合强度、耐腐蚀及密封性能均满足
1.0 MPa 设计压力与 30 年使用要求。该非开挖工艺避免了道路开挖，缩短了工期。
