        <p>民航安保校企合作普遍存在目标定位分歧，院校侧重理论教学与学业考核，企业急需实战型安保在岗人员，人才培养方向难以契合。校企双方教学场地、师资设备资源优势互补，但受运营规则与工作安排限制，资源常态化共享难以实现。现行合作模式契约不完善，权责利益划分模糊，缺乏第三方监管约束，合作稳定性不足。搭建多方联动的利益共同体，理顺主体权责，打通资源互通渠道，完善配套保障规则，能够深化校企协同育人成效，精准输送适配民航一线需求的安保专业人才。</p>
