        <p>动车组转向架基础制动装置故障排查与治理以全周期运维为核心，通过搭建全场景监测阈值矩阵捕捉故障初始信号，循着制动指令传导链路精准定位核心故障部件，依据检修规程实施规范修复与闭环验证。同时强化源头预防，严格管控核心配件全流程合规性、优化预防性检修阈值；做好过程管控，依托车载多源数据监测与库内精细化排查处置初期故障；完善事后闭环，通过全链路根因溯源与运维体系迭代，构建完整管控闭环，保障制动装置运行稳定，提升动车组运维精细化水平。</p>
